PUBLICATION OF
THESIS AND RESEARCH WORK
The Usil Library System has as one of its functions, the publication of Theses and Research Papers in the Usil Institutional Repository.
The works and/or research developed to obtain an academic degree or professional title must be published in the Usil Institutional Repository so that the university can issue the corresponding diploma.
What are the steps to register a work in the USIL Institutional Repository?
REQUEST THE REGISTRATION OF YOUR RESEARCH IN THE INSTITUTIONAL REPOSITORY!
Presentation of Thesis / Research Work / Professional Sufficiency Work
Keep in mind that the work must comply with the considerations indicated in the following documents.
Presentation of
Publication Authorization Form F274
Format that authorizes the entry and electronic publication of your research, in free or restricted access mode, in the Institutional Repository of the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
Presentation of
Turnitin Report
Report that validates the authenticity of the work presented, according to the maximum percentage level of similarity allowed.
You can request access to a Turnitin test account by writing to us at library@usil.edu.pe
Publication
Once the documents are received, the deadline for their registration and publication in the Usil Repository is ten business days.
As a result, the URL (web address) of the document will be obtained, which will be communicated to the Directorate of the professional career in charge and to the Degrees and Titles area. The Degrees and Titles area is in charge of validating the delivery of the work in ROGAB.
Remember, once you have all the documents, deliver them to the relevant area of your professional career, so that they can continue with the registration procedures in the area of Degrees and Titles of the University.
